If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes (or should be construed as) investment, financial, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or registered financial professional. We do not provide personalized recommendations, and we do not consider your objectives, risk tolerance, or financial situation.

Any decisions you make based on information from the Service are solely your responsibility. You should consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market prices may be volatile, and the Service may not reflect real-time conditions.

You agree not to rely on the Service as the sole basis for any decision and to verify information independently.

The Service may include calculators and tools (e.g., mortgage calculators, budgeting tools, scenario tools). Outputs are estimates for convenience only and may be based on assumptions you provide or default assumptions.

We do not guarantee results, approvals, rates, eligibility, or accuracy. Always confirm with your lender, broker, or qualified professional.

Certain features require a paid subscription purchased through Stripe (a third-party payment processor). Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service during an active subscription period.

Subscription fees, billing intervals, renewals, trials (if any), and taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe subject to Stripe’s terms and policies. We do not store your full payment card details.

If your subscription ends or payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended or terminated.

The Service is for your personal use (or internal business use for your own operations if you are purchasing as a business). You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, timeshare, or otherwise provide access to the Service to any third party.

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract Market Data or other content from the Service by automated means (including bots, scripts, or APIs) except where explicitly permitted in writing by Enchanting Butterfly LLC.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Service or its content, except for limited personal use as allowed by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, security controls, or access restricted areas.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code except to the extent prohibited by law.
• Use the Service to build, train, or enhance a competing product using our content or outputs (including systematic extraction).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, content, tools, or services (including Market Data providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Service, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, and compilations (excluding third-party content), is owned by Enchanting Butterfly LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

“SectorEyes” and associated logos are trademarks of Enchanting Butterfly LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Enchanting Butterfly LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enchanting Butterfly LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellations and renewals are handled through the billing flow provided at checkout and/or your account settings (if available).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
